For anyone who wants Downtown Dubai's landmarks on foot, it is one of the best addresses available. The trade-off is that the nearest Metro station is about a 18 mins walk, so residents lean on the Dubai Mall Metro Link, taxis or driving. If walkable access to Dubai Mall, the fountain and Burj Khalifa is the priority, Burj Vista is hard to beat.
