The short answer
Across the 41 Burj Vista apartments we offer that had open nights between 7 October 2026 and 31 January 2027 — 3,251 open nights in all — the minimum stay was:

So 92% of open nights need three nights or fewer, and a three-night minimum is the most common rule. Calendars were checked on 4 October 2026.
It tightens after October

If you only have a weekend, October has the most choice. From November, more than half of open nights need at least three nights: 56% in November and 69% in December and January.
Over the festive period two apartments set much longer minimums: a 3-bedroom that sleeps 11 requires 15 nights for arrivals from 23 December 2026 to 3 January 2027, and a 3-bedroom that sleeps six requires 7 nights for arrivals 20–24 December and 2–10 January.
Friday and Saturday arrivals follow the same rules as the rest of the week in our data: the typical minimum is three nights either way, and 12% allow one night.

Looking at each apartment's most common rule: 8 apartments mostly ask for one night, 12 for two, 20 for three and one for four.
Apartments that take one night
These accepted a one-night stay on every open night we checked:
- 3-bedroom that sleeps 10 — 113 open nights, all one-night minimum.
- 2-bedroom with Burj Khalifa view that sleeps 4 — 112 open nights.
- 2-bedroom with full Burj Khalifa view that sleeps 4 — 40 open nights.
- 3-bedroom with Burj Khalifa and fountain view that sleeps 9 — 21 open nights.
Check-in and check-out
Seven of our apartments have house rules recorded from their Airbnb listing (July 2026). All seven state check-in from 3:00 pm and checkout before 11:00 am. One, the 1-bedroom that sleeps four, gives a check-in window of 3:00–9:00 pm; if you land late, check the arrival arrangements on your apartment's page.
Self check-in is listed for 5 of the 21 apartments whose amenity list we hold, including the 3-bedroom that sleeps nine and the fountain-view 3-bedroom that sleeps 11. Three of those five had no open night in the next 90 days when we checked. One other host describes self check-in that isn't on the Airbnb amenity list, and another describes keyless entry — ask before relying on either.
