Seven of the Burj Vista apartments we offer have a recorded Airbnb review count. Together they hold 286 reviews, and weighted by number of reviews their overall rating is 4.94 out of 5. Scores were recorded from each Airbnb listing on 6–8 July 2026.
All seven hosts held Superhost status when we recorded them, and five of the seven listings carried Airbnb's "Guest favourite" label; the 1-bedroom that sleeps four and the 3-bedroom that sleeps nine did not.

Location is the highest-scoring category: four of the seven score a full 5.00. Cleanliness is the lowest, pulled down mainly by the 3-bedroom that sleeps nine (4.61) and the 1-bedroom that sleeps four (4.76). Those two are also the only ones below 4.85 overall. The busiest-reviewed apartment, the 3-bedroom that sleeps six, scores lowest on check-in (4.82) — still a high score, but the weakest of its six.
Apartments rated, but without a review count
Eleven more of our apartments show an Airbnb rating but no recorded review count, so we can't tell how many stays each score rests on. We list them from lowest to highest so nothing is hidden:
Across all 18 rated apartments, the simple average is 4.86 — lower than the review-weighted 4.94, because the two lowest scores (4.00 and 4.50) sit on apartments without a recorded review count, which the weighted figure leaves out. The other 28 apartments we offer in Burj Vista have no rating recorded yet.
Before you rely on a score
- Availability: two of the most-reviewed apartments are hard to get. The 1-bedroom that sleeps three (45 reviews) and the 1-bedroom that sleeps four (42 reviews) had no open night between now and the end of January 2027 when we checked on 4 October 2026.
- Age of the scores: these ratings were recorded in July 2026; each apartment page shows its current reviews.
- No quotes: we only hold the scores, not review text, so we don't quote guests.
