Bathrooms per guest
For a group, bathrooms run out before bedrooms do. The 3-bedroom that sleeps nine has four bathrooms — the most of any apartment on this list. The 4-bedroom that sleeps 14 and the 3-bedrooms that sleep 8, 10 and 11 (the Burj Khalifa view one) have 3.5. Six of the twelve, including the 4-bedroom that sleeps 11, have 2.5.

Across all twelve: 46% of the next 30 days and 26% of days 31–90 were already unavailable. Two apartments — the 3-bedroom that sleeps nine and one 2-bedroom that sleeps eight — had no open nights between 31 and 90 days out.
What they cost
Our tracker has a month-by-month price history for two of the twelve. Prices are the median per night for a one-night stay, including 5% VAT, as recorded between July and September 2026 and checked on 7 October 2026:

The 3-bedroom that sleeps ten went from AED 1,328 in July to AED 4,952 in October — more than three times as much. For the other apartments we have only single recorded nights in July and August 2026: the 4-bedroom that sleeps 11 at AED 2,117, the fountain-view 3-bedroom that sleeps 11 at AED 2,170, the other 3-bedroom that sleeps 11 at AED 1,869 and the 3-bedroom that sleeps eight at AED 1,751. Those are summer prices: the two apartments above with a full history cost 1.8 and 3.7 times as much in October as in July. For your dates, get the live price on search.
Shorter stays for groups
The 3-bedroom that sleeps ten accepts a one-night minimum on every open night we checked, and the 3-bedroom that sleeps nine does too. Most others ask for two or three nights. The minimum-stay page has the full breakdown, and weekday vs weekend prices shows whether a Friday arrival costs more.
What the hosts say
Three of these hosts describe their apartment as suited to families or groups. Several describe shared building facilities — two pools, a gym, a games room and a tennis court. That is the hosts' description, not something we have checked; see parking and practicalities for what each Airbnb listing actually flags.
