For 21 of the 46 Burj Vista apartments we offer, we hold the Airbnb amenity list as recorded on 6–8 July 2026. The figures below are out of those 21. For the other 25, check the amenity list on the apartment's own page before booking.

Parking
Parking is listed on 20 of 21. The one exception is the 3-bedroom that sleeps ten: its Airbnb amenity list has no parking, yet its host describes "free parking" in the listing text. Three other hosts also describe free parking. We haven't verified how many spaces come with each apartment or where they are — if you are bringing more than one car, ask us first.
Pool and gym
The pool is listed on 18 apartments and the gym on 17. Not listed:
- Pool and gym both missing: the 1-bedroom that sleeps four, a 2-bedroom that sleeps five and the 3-bedroom that sleeps ten.
- Gym only missing: the 3-bedroom with Burj Khalifa and fountain view that sleeps six.
Several hosts describe more than a pool and gym — two pools, a games room with pool and football tables, a tennis court; one host mentions a yoga room and another a badminton and basketball court. These are the hosts' descriptions; we haven't checked the building's facilities ourselves.
Washer — every one
All 21 apartments with amenity data list a washing machine, whether one bedroom or four. That matters on longer stays, and most stays here are at least three nights: 60% of open nights from October 2026 to January 2027 have a minimum of three nights or more (see minimum stays).
Working from the apartment
A dedicated workspace is the least common practical amenity: 8 of 21. By size, 4 of 6 one-bedrooms list one, 3 of 5 two-bedrooms, none of the 8 three-bedrooms and 1 of 2 four-bedrooms. Among those with availability on 4 October 2026 are the 1-bedroom with full Burj Khalifa view, the 2-bedroom that sleeps five and the 4-bedroom that sleeps seven. So if you need a desk, a smaller apartment is the likelier match.
Self check-in
Five of 21 list self check-in. Three of the five had no open night in the next 90 days when we checked; the two that did are the 3-bedroom that sleeps nine and the fountain-view 3-bedroom that sleeps 11. Check-in times are on the minimum stays and check-in page.
Travelling with a pet
Only four listings say pets are allowed:
- 2-bedroom with Burj Khalifa view, sleeps 4
- 3-bedroom with Burj Khalifa and fountain view, sleeps 6
- 3-bedroom with Burj Khalifa and fountain view, sleeps 8
- 4-bedroom, sleeps 11
Four listings say no and 13 don't say. We haven't verified the building's own rules on pets — tell us about your pet before booking.
