Burj Vista Tower 1 is the 65-storey high-rise that defines the Burj Vista skyline alongside Tower 2. Built by Emaar and handed over in 2017, the tower's height puts its upper floors at the same elevation as the Burj Khalifa "At The Top" observation decks — which is why mid- and high-floor apartments here command some of the closest, most cinematic Khalifa views available for short-stay or rental in Downtown. Unit sizes scale from efficient 1-bedrooms on the lower floors to large 3-bedroom + maid corner units in the sky-floor band (level 50+).
