Burj Vista Tower 2 is the shorter of the two Emaar-developed Burj Vista towers, rising 20 floors directly beside Burj Khalifa. Because Tower 2 sits on the lake-facing edge of the development, almost every apartment carries a direct or oblique Burj Khalifa view — and the lower floors get the green canopy of Burj Park immediately below the balcony.
