How buying through us works
- Send your details. Budget, bedrooms, cash or mortgage, buying timeline and how you'd like to be contacted. WhatsApp is required so we can reply; email is optional.
- We send confirmed apartments. Asking price, size, floor, view, actual photographs and the floor plan — only for apartments whose owners have confirmed the sale.
- View and decide. In person or by video. Ask us anything about the apartment before you make an offer.
- Transfer. Sales are registered with the Dubai Land Department, which charges a 4% registration fee. If you're buying with a mortgage, bring your bank in early — approvals take time.

When nothing is confirmed, the page says so instead of showing example prices or projected returns — leave your details and we'll message you when a match comes up.
Buying to live in, or to let?
